What's the latest on the snow conditions? Did you get enough from this last storm to get the trails in riding shape? Looks like you picked up a good 6" or better?

Thanks.

we're out today on the east side and went to Birchdale on the west. Things are looking up but still use caution as we do need more snow

Conditions dramatically improved w/ the 6"+ of snow over the weekend. All local Falls trails will be groomed. Arrowhead Trail groomed from Lu's to Elephant Lake. Lakes are staked. Watch for new ice road on Kab and pressure ridges on all lakes.

What are the trails like today? I'd like to ride in Minnesota, but don't won't to damage the sled riding on marginal snow.

O.k. here's my story. The boss (my wife) convinced me to take a vacation day (Thursday) to go riding. We left the house at 9, took the Hagerman to Rainy Lake, rode the Kettle Falls, over to Crane Lake, trailed to Ash Trail and laked it back home.It was awwwwesome. So my advice is to shut off the T.V. get off the couch and get out there and ride. Remember though, watch your speed and be safe

I just heard about the accident in the Ash River area. Our deepest sympathy to the family. Please people, slow down and ride safe

Any updates on the trail conditions? I heard you've received about a foot of snow in the last week, and maybe a few more inches this week? This is a great site!

We got snow last Thursday and Friday and another 6" blast on Sunday! Now have great conditions and the groomer guys and sledders are happy! Accommodations in the area are going fast so if you're coming up, book ASAP! Looks like an awesome time to ride!

That's exactly what I wanted to hear! There is a group of 5 of us that are heading up Thursday morning and staying through the weekend. We were up two weekends ago and had a blast, so we can't wait to get back up there!

If in winter days there is an environment of holidays, then it will be more entertaining and enjoyable.

Trail cleanup will be on the 8th of December. We will meet at Rainy Lake One Stop at 9 a.m. We will be on snowmobiles weather permitting and ATV's if there isn't enough snow. Bring saws etc
